I think it's a very good idea to work with your spouse because that eliminates the fact of working with people that you don't know and that you can't tell if they are going to be loyal to the company or to you.Obviously issues may arise but if you and your partner are focused and there were some specific rules stablished at the beginning of the partnership it could be a pleasurable experience for both sides. If both people have the same ideals for the business.
