SBA and veterans

I figured since we had to read about the SBA this week I would post on what I learned about while I was in the Navy. I was a career counselor and we had to let separating sailors know about what options and benefits were out in the civilian sector that would benefit them. The SBA has an awesome program for veterans who want to start up their own business. The also help veterans who already own their own business. In my transition class I learned that the SBA looks favorably upon veterans because they feel we are disciplined and hardworking and for many of us it would be most likely the only other job we have once we are out of the service. http://www.sba.gov/patriotexpress/index.html
