With how casual the United States is on a whole I have to wonder how important these etiquette rules are in our society. Granted knowing them gives certainly gives me the satisfaction of knowing that wouldn't be offending any one.
I don't know how many of us have been involved in a dinning experience like this... But it my opinion i think it is a shame that someone might judge you if you don't know all these rules, especially here in the states. On the other hand, if this is going to help you to get financing for your business it might be worth to know a little bit about them.
