I like how the site/article stresses the importance of making work a place that is enjoyable. Enjoying where you work is so important; it makes for a comfortable, creative, and engaging work enviroment.
This did have a lot of great ideas. If you can't make light of your workplace, then you would be miserable all the time - no one wants to live like that!
