Sometimes the unexpected can be nothing more than a blessing in disguise. As an entrepreneur one should always be open to new ideas and new ways of doing things. I think that too many businesses today look down on their middle and lower level employees when they should really pay attention to them; since they are the ones who do most of the field work.

I agree with Victoria, the little people are usually the ones who have big ideas. I thought the article pointed out some really interesting ways of changing adversity to work in your favor.

This reminds me of my Integration of Knowledge class; in the class we were encouraged to be open-minded and willing to explore what ever opportunities were presented to us. This creates more of a chance for person to expand their knowledge and offer a more unique solution to problems presented.
