I am kind of tied between the chocolate company an the Blurb. The main reason is because the initiatives that they set in place to energize their employees are continuous. It doesn't revolve around a deadline or a new employee. They are in place to help make the employees more creative and inovative all the time and are available more frequently than the what the other companies offer.
I think more companies should take notes from these 6 companies. They have improved moral, motivation, and creativity. By taking an active interest in their employees they have as a result increased their productivity. I liked the movie night idea; because it gives employees something to look forward to. People are more likely to share ideas, feelings, and concerns with each other outside to work place.
