Yes, we've been losing it for years. I believe the list is probably biased. I think we just maintain a monopoly on alot of technology. However I think we are running out of technology. I think the U.S. deals with alot of infighting amongst it citizens. It's like you vs. the world. I don't think that mentality will help, maybe your country vs. the world could be better.
In many ways it has been inevitable that the United States is loosing its competitive edge. Beause of the corruption with in the United States, the idea of every person for themselves, the United States has lost the unity that is needed to succeed in the global economy.
im not sure either if we will repeat the past but i just definately hope we dont
