Foreign Foods

While we were reading about going global with businesses with in the United States I came across this article. Its a great example of how Moon Cakes have been adapted to appeal to our culture. link here

It's fascinating to see what kind of foods become popular in our country. Chinese restaurants have become a hit, and now obviously their cakes are becoming a hit. It really shows how diverse our country has become. Good article.

I had no idea that these moon cakes were such a huge business in china. They sure have the potential to go global with them.
