I don't know about repeating the past. I'd like to go by one, two, infinity. Don't go for the third time. There are too many variables to say if the U.S. market and politics is going to repeat itself. In 10 yrs there will be enough evidence to make any future predictions.
I agree I don't know if you can say with absolute certainty that we are repeating the past. There are some similarities that are coming up but everything is bound to be different to a degree.
