Example of a Joint Venture in the form of a business

Joint Ventures can exist as another entity and not a partnership. Here is an example of a joint venture for the sole purpose of exposing the Columbian brand of coffee to others. This reminds me of a farmer's co-operatives that have been gaining ground.

I hope this chain does very well. I'm sure it will get Starbucks a run for its money. I also like the idea that the chain in owned by coffee-growers and not wealthy investors.
