Bartering is certainly an interesting way to work. For myself it is hard to see using it though because I feel that it would end up getting complicated when determining what is an adequete barter. But then again, I suppose if my needs were met then it would be a satisfactory deal.
I've never heard of something like this before but thinking about it it is a great way of networking, I'm not so sure if this would replace capital but it could be helpful if you use it to improve business running skills.
I think bartering is a great idea ive always thought that something like this should be done but i didnt know there was a specific word for it.
