Thanks for keeping me up on this! I suspected the CPSC would step in here.
Wow that's pretty tough. I can understand where they are coming from but how do you know if the paperwork is just a fraud. So now all you have to do is import something with a piece of paper that says something. I guess that means they will charge people with forgery too. Good intent bad planning. It should of stopped with 3rd party testing of imported materials.
